From the 22nd to the 29th of April 2012 the 26th EFPSA Congress will take place in beautiful Scandinavia in the small Kingdom of Denmark. Come be part of a great week with a lot of laughing and learning with your fellow European psychology students.

The theme of the congress is ”Mind the Body” – a topic as well as an encouragement and reminder to psychology as a field to include the body in the way psychology is taught, viewed and practiced. The scientific program will be full of lectures from a wide range of lecturers and professional psychologist from different universities and institutions in Denmark. You will discover parts of your mind and body you never knew existed!

As a true EFPSA event the week will also be full of fun activities, parties and the amazing possibility to get to know people from all over Europe. Not to forget the famous excursion, which this year will go to Wonderful Copenhagen for tales of the old kingdom, strolling through the world’s longest pedestrian shopping street, jumping onto a tour boat at Nyhavn and much more.

Every year the congress is an EFPSA highlight. Besides consisting of a rich scientific and social program the week of the congress is also where a new Board of Management is elected.  The congress serves as a kick-off for the new mandate, and is therefore also a great opportunity to learn more about EFPSA, how it functions as an organization and what it offers psychology students throughout Europe.

The registration period is from the 1st of December to the 22nd of January. We warmly welcome students who would like to discuss, investigate and contribute to the topic to register for active participation and become part of the students program during the week.

See you in Denmark for an EFPSA’bolous week!
