altAs we didn’t receive any applications for the Secretary General position yet, the deadline to apply for this position in the Board of Management has been extended until Sunday, 1st of May 2011, 23:59 CET.

The Secretary General is an essential management function in the organisation – s/he is the official EFPSA contact and coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally. There is a strong collaboration with the presidential team, the Executive Board teams and the Member Representatives which leads to a very good overview of what is going on in EFPSA in general. The concrete tasks include – apart from admistrative ones like taking minutes at the General Assembly – also working on the newsletter and publishing news on the website.

You can find out more about the tasks and responsibilities by reading the job description. Apart from the specific tasks of the positions, there are a lot of shared responsibilities that apply to all Board of Management members. So make sure you also have a look at the “BM general tasks”.
