We also focused a lot on improvements, such as introducing job descriptions for positions, making the promotion of EFPSA broader and more powerful, and we worked on the thinking process behind a long-term strategic plan for our Federation. This cannot be finished before the end of the mandate, but will serve as a good starting point for the following Board of Management. Later in the week we voted about introducing two new functions: Marketing Officer, on the Board of Management level, and Training Officer, on the Executive Board level.

 
Strangely as it seems to us, we have reached the last months of our EFPSA mandate. The mandate change will bring an opportunity for all of the students of psychology in Europe to challenge their strengths to do the same as we do – in a very interesting and challenging, and fun work in EFPSA. The call for Board of Management positions is open, you can apply until February 25th. Please contact the Secretary General at secretary(at)efpsa.org for more information. If the Board of Management is not exactly your thing, you might want to consider an Executive Board position. The call for the EB positions will be released on March 18th. Job descriptions will be available by then. This is an opportunity you would not like to miss!
