I think life is too short to wait for a change, for a perfect moment and stay in the comfort zone forever. I am passionate about learning, I love overcoming my limits.
As a trainer I am trying to mediate experience to participatns, to motivate them to step out of their comfort zone, and to listen to them. I love the challenge to deliver training that suits the needs of the participants and changes in group dynamcis during training every time.
But I am still on the beginning of my trainer’s journey and I can’t wait what I am going to discover!

The best way of describing myself is to use what others say about me. People describe me as full of energy. Another thing they usually say is that they like my positive attitude and sense of humour. Others could say I am very sensitive and caring too. To respond to this I have to say I love and enjoy listening to people. I think everyone is amazing and if you really listen you can hear many amazing stories. The time I enjoy the most during the training is right the beginning when you make people curious. I like to make people think, develop or even change. I would call myself a dreamer. I dream about changing the world and training is just the beginning. ūüôā

The words I am usually described with are active, positive, and like all the Finns, punctual. I believe these characteristics are also in me as a trainer. I am not the most creative person, neither can I dance nor sing, but for some weird reason I seem to forget those facts always when training. It’s not only once I have found myself rapping or hip hoping in front of participants..

As a trainer I am always looking for new opportunities to fulfill those words. “I am very passionate about training and coaching as tools to facilitate change in people and organizations. People say about me that I balance things out – bring structure into creative chaos and innovations into standard procedures, stay professional while also sharing my story. I see training as a balancing act between science (knowing your facts and planning ahead) and art (letting yourself be influenced by the present moment and expressing a message in different ways), between sharing knowledge and building a relationship, between going with the flow and keeping in control, between telling a story and creating an experience.
I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Coach, and a transactional analyst in training. I currently work as an organizational psychologist and trainer in O. K. Consulting, a Slovenian company. I stay faithful to EFPSA in my mind (and my private email signature :)”

Topics of delivery: Communication, Conflict management, Improvisation, Transactional analysis, Neuro-linguistic programming, Train the Trainers, Public speaking and storytelling, Dealing with difficult people, Leadership, Public image, Team work, Creativity and idea generation
