Dedicated to Advancing Psychology Student Development in Europe

The European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA) has become a key player in enhancing the academic, professional, and personal growth of psychology students. With a vibrant network of 33 Member Organisations, EFPSA offers numerous events and training opportunities, fostering collaboration and innovation within the field.

Since its inception, EFPSA has successfully facilitated numerous events and initiatives that inspire psychology students, helping them build valuable connections and enriching experiences that boost their careers and contribute positively to society.

Our Journey

History of the European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations

Founded in 1987 during the first International Congress of Psychology Students in Portugal, EFPSA has evolved to represent a diverse network of psychology students dedicated to improving the field. Initially hosting just a few Member Organisations, EFPSA has grown to include 33 Members and established significant initiatives aimed at fostering academic and personal development among psychology students across Europe.

From its humble beginnings, EFPSA has expanded to cover 11 annual events and numerous online resources, solidifying its position as a vital resource for psychology students keen on making impactful contributions to society and their fields.
