The Research Network encourages students to develop quality research and to offer new means and motivation for collaboration in the field of psychological research and learning at a Europe-wide level. This Service offers the opportunity to Students of all levels to have their first research project and academic achievements published through a student journal. This peer-reviewed publication aims to provide students with their first publishing experience with advantage of students benefiting from extensive feedback they will receive from reviewers. Moreover this service is devoted in organizing summer school and providing participants with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge on the certain topic of Psychology.

The Research Network of EFPSA is committed to enhance the opportunities for research experience and excellence among European Psychology students within all fields of psychology.

Among the services that the Research Network provides is the hosting of the European Summer School (ESS) in Estonia this August under the topic of Cross-Cultural Psychology. The week long ESS aims at giving the students the support they need to investigate issues of interest to both the public and the academic sphere.

In addition to the ESS the Research Network is currently working to establish the Journal of European Psychology Students (JEPS), a peer reviewed biannual journal that will provide students with a unique medium for publication of their own research. The JEPS aims to establish itself as an excellent journal, making a significant contribution to the discourses of psychology in Europe and internationally. Although the journal seeks to hold the same criteria as other peer reviewed journals it also seeks to facilitate the students excellence by providing more guidance to students than other journals normally do. The first issue of the JEPS is scheduled to be published in 2008.

Lastly, the Research Network has as a future goal of creating the R-Mate, an Internet forum for students wishing to find other students within their chosen field to collaborate on research projects, or just to discuss their work with peers.
