Summer is at our doorstep and even in the middle of studying and exams, plans for the summer are starting to bloom in our minds. EFPSA wants to present you with the challenge in one of the best things you could do this summer.

EFPSA Train the Trainer Summer School
‘is an amazing and inspiring experience – and for many, an opportunity of a lifetime!’.
If you are interested in people and how they learn, if you enjoy the magic of transformation in people, if you are enthusiastic about helping people grow and develop and especially – if you are enthusiastic about stretching your own limits, learning and personal growth, this is something for you.
EFPSA Train the Trainers Summer School (in short, TtT) is an intense, unforgettable week of gaining everything a beginner trainer needs - knowledge, skills and the right attitude. Off course, the trainers will provide all the theory, but the real value of the TtT is in doing it yourself. You will get many opportunities to practice your skills, to do mistakes and get feedback on your work both from the trainers and other participants. There is a lot of self-reflection and personal development involved, so the group cohesion is crucial. The safe environment that a small group of people in the TtT forms enables everyone to step out of their comfort zone and try everything out. Last, but not least – the EFPSA spirit in the TtT is something you need to experience, you need to feel it, smell it, taste it to believe it.
The TtT is an environment to ‘Challenge what you take for granted about yourself and the world around you’, to discover whether training is that thing that you absolutely have to do in life.
